On this page, you will find information about our safety standards and the measures we take to ensure that our products are safe for use.
European - laws and regulations
All our products comply with European legislation and CE directives applicable to the products. CE stands for Conformité Européenne and is a set of directives and standards that must be adhered to for a certain number of product groups sold in the European market. One of those product groups is electronics.The purpose of the regulations is to set a quality standard for the safety, health and environmental aspects of the products that fall into these product groups and are sold within the European Union.
Safe use
We make every effort to deliver our products to your doorstep as well and safely as possible. Then it is also important that you handle the products responsibly. We strongly recommend that you read the enclosed manual carefully before using a product. In the product manual you will find important safety and user instructions that apply to the product. The manual can be found in the product packaging.
Check
All our products are tested by independent test labs where the products are extensively checked to ensure that the products we offer are safe and comply with European laws and regulations.
Recognise the difference
As you can see here on the left, there are two slight differences between the markings:1. In the case of the logo of “CE” (first logo), there is a clear distance between the two letters. With the logo of “China Export”, there is no distance between the two letters.2. In the logo of “CE”, the middle dash of the second letter is just slightly shorter than the other two dashes. On the logo of “China Export”, the middle dash of the second letter is the same length as the other two dashes.
