Warranty Policy

All Dreaver products come with a 2-year warranty. This warranty period starts on the date of purchase. All warranties mentioned refer to the manufacturer's warranty or the seller's warranty we provide, and do not affect your statutory rights. The warranty is only available to the original end user of the product and does not apply to second-hand or free products.

If your product becomes defective during the warranty period for a valid reason, please contact us by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. Let us know exactly what the issue is, and we will work together to find an appropriate solution!

What is the warranty period?

All Dreaver products come with a 2-year warranty. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase. This warranty is the manufacturer's warranty or a seller's warranty we offer and does not affect the statutory warranty you have as a consumer.

What is covered under the warranty?

With every purchase, you as a consumer are entitled to the legal warranty provisions. The statutory warranty means that the product must do what you can reasonably expect it to do, regardless of the manufacturer's warranty period.

What is not covered under the warranty?

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper use or incorrect repairs
  • Damage from external sources
  • Damage caused by third parties
  • Defects caused by the customer’s own fault
  • Partially or fully dismantled product
  • Repairs done by third parties
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Products outside the warranty period
  • Products without a valid proof of purchase
  • Non-quality related issues
  • Free products

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, you need to do the following:

  1. A proof of purchase must be provided, showing that the product was purchased less than two years ago.
  2. The purchase must have been made directly from Dreaver or from an authorized reseller.
  3. A valid description of the defect must be provided.
  4. If the defective product is damaged, visual and textual proof must be provided, such as a description and clear photos or videos showing the defect.

How can I claim the warranty?

Do you want to submit a warranty claim? Please send an email to support@dreaver.nl with a request for a warranty claim. Please include the following details in your email:

  1. First and last name
  2. Order number
  3. Description of the defect
  4. Visual evidence of the defect (photo and/or video)
  5. Proof of purchase/sales invoice for your order
